Founded in 1788, L’Aigle d’Or is an authentic “Family Maison” where many talented Chefs has evolved & developed fantastic cooking recipes in order to forge itself a highly coveted reputation.
In 1969, Mr & Mrs Giliams acquired "the old Carriage house" which has been enlarged by their children Hervé & Jean Louis.
Later in 2013, Herve's child : Kévin GILIAMS took over the Maison after a journey in several other Michelin Restaurants such as Relais & Château de la Chèvre d'Or**, Maison Cheval Blanc Randheli, La Ferme de l'Hospital*.
